Sector Investing
with John O’Keefe and Frank Erzinger, AAII Houston

This SIG meeting is meant to provide an introduction for those AAII members who have managed their own investment but may not have become familiar with Sector Investing as a separate strategy.
We expect to learn (a) much more about what Sector Investing can boost our returns and lower our risks in our own portfolios (b) the use of Sector Investing in turbulent times where sectors can be used both offensively and defensively to help you better manage your investments (c) Frank will share with us his approach to enhancement of Income Investing through the use of Sector Rotation.
John O’Keefe is a long-time member of the AAII Houston chapter and currently serves as President. He has had a successful career in energy finance with a number of integrated and independent companies upstream, midstream and downstream. He is a familiar face and voice to many of our club members. John has managed his own investments for many years.
Frank Erzinger is a member of one years’ standing and recently become a member of the executive team. He has had a long and productive career as a Process engineering Consultant in various specialties to the energy industry. Frank has managed an Income SIG portfolio for over three years as well as his own investments for many years.
