Economic and Financial Market Prospects: 2025-2028
How Be Your Own Economist and Market Strategist
Uncertainty is high worldwide. Washington’s federal fiscal policies on taxing, spending, regulation and foreign trade have shifted sharply, and the consequences are far from clear. The Federal Reserve’s independence in setting interest rates is under renewed challenges, and its “data-driven policies” seem always to be behind real-world trends.
· Will inflation decline and stay low?
· Will interest rates fall or rise?
· Have stock prices reached the “irrationally exuberant” level from which a bear market decline has become inevitable?
· Will federal deficits diminish or rise further to threaten future living standards?
Zempel will share the most reliable indicators and show what they promise for 2026 and beyond.
Clare Zempel honed his nimble approach to a dynamic analysis of complex economic and financial issues as an economist and investment strategist for major national firms.
