He will cover:
- Background of the Social Security system and important terms to understand
- Recent changes to the system
- Planning strategies to maximize income for single, married, divorced, and widowed individuals
- For those already elected: Forecasting the future health of the system, changes that impact ongoing Social Security income and Social Security and Medicare interplay
Steve Lujan, CEO, The Medicare Man, and his wife have had to help his mom handle her Medicare issues and many other issues while his mom was struck with Alzheimer’s. He has used that experience to start a company that helps clients deal with their Medicare issues. Choosing your Medicare coverage is a complicated matter, and Steve will tell us what we need to know about it. Even people already on Medicare can learn how to better use the system.
