Give the Gift of Peace of Mind: A Thoughtful Estate Plan
John will answer those estate planning questions some of us put off but need to know: Why do you need an estate plan? What is the difference between a revocable trust and a will? What is probate? What if I become incapacitated, how will my financial and healthcare decisions be made?”
What You Will Learn
1. Will vs. Trust – which choice is best for me?
2. What if I die without a will, what happens then?
3. Is Probate really that bad?
4. I own a business, what happens to that if I die or become incapacitated?
5. I want to provide for my family at my death, but can I also make gifts to charity?
