AAII Portland Chapter

My wife and I are both retired and have been AAII lifetime members for many years.  We both have traditional IRAs resulting from 401K rollovers and have read several articles from the AAII archives regarding the benefits of Roth conversions.  We have relocated to the Portland area and are seeking accounting advice to assist in optimizing our income levels to minimize taxes involved in the conversions.  Does anyone have a reasonable reference for an accountant, preferably in the Portland area, that would be able to assist with this type of issue?  Thanks for your help.

I have used Robin Matthews at Jones and Roth in Eugene for years. She has been great. Not sure if she does work in Portland. I know she does some in Bend. She might also be a source for a referral if she doesn't  go there. They have a Hillsboro office.
