AAII Research Triangle Chapter

Hi, This is with regard to the (fairly) new S&P Global database.  The database shows 3 entries for the AXIA/AXIA.P ticker symbol,  presumably the same company, with non-matching data entries for some of the fields. To ensure that this was not a misalignment issue due to data merger from multiple databases,  I have manually validated entries for a few major US companies, by checking SI Pro database entries against entries elsewhere. However, this still brings up a question on the validity of the database and the curation process undertaken. My emails to techsupport@aaii.com have gone unanswered. Hope you can help me. Thanks!

I'm sorry you have not heard back from AAII regarding the SI Pro database.  As a chapter, we are not in a position to address your question.

It appears that it takes several days for AAII to respond to email requests.  It took AAII five days to respond to an email I sent a week ago, and the response was to say that they were looking into the issue.  I think they are undermaned at this time.  My guess is that they will respond in a few days.
