That is very interesting..
This one and the '89 & '07 events are caused by people who did not understand the risk.
And the LTCM debacle was caused by the guys who were experts in risk management.
Does anyone know the risks?

Vinod, check this out as a conspiracy theory.
Why have the last four bank runs occurred during the year before an election ... 1989 (Lincoln S&L), 1999 (LTCM), 2007 (WAMU), and 2023 (SVB)?

I am new here.
Even after the failure of a bank which is at the center of fifty percent of the growth companies it looks very quiet at this place.
I wonder, what is the effect of these bank failures on the small technology companies and innovation in general.
I also worry whether this is the beginning of something bigger and will there be contagion.
At times like these what are the adjustments one should make in their personal portfolios and investment strategies.
Comments and suggestions will be appreciated.
