Our next Michigan Monthly Roundtable will be a Zoom meeting on Wednesday, May 6th at 7 PM EDT. The discussion is within Technical Analysis subject matter with a focus on "What's your go-to indicator & show how you use it". Stock market indicators are mathematical calculations based on price, volume, or time, categorized into trend, momentum, volatility, and volume types to forecast price movements.
There is a legacy AAII article Why Technical Analysis Matters that is a good starting point for discussion and template on how our members use indicators in their investing. I personally lean toward fundamentals or indices, but I would love to learn from our members.
