Kevin Carter is founder and Chief Investment Officer of EMQQ Global. He is an “active” value investor and has collaborated with Princeton economist and indexing legend Burton G. Malkiel for over 20 years. Together they founded eInvesting in 1999, pioneering in fractional share brokerage (acquired by etrade in 2000), and Active Index Advisors (acquired by Natixis Asset Management in 2005). In 2006 their efforts turned to concentrate on China and emerging markets, launching China-focused ETFs on the NYSE with Guggenheim Partners.
